About the ‘Exceptional C++ 0x’ session (now canceled), Herb Sutter stated: ‘I’ll provide links to read as refreshers before the course’. Are the presenters recommending any specific ‘refreshers’ to maximize learning in the other sessions?

. . .keeping in mind that I’m a slow reader.
