If you attended C&B in October or December, you should now have received email telling you how to access and download the final PDF handouts.  If you didn’t (and you’ve confirmed that the message isn’t hung up on a spam filter) or if, despite our best efforts, you’ve discovered a problem with the PDF file, please let us know so that we can address the issue.

If you didn’t attend C&B but still would like to have a copy of the handouts, we’re working on making them available for a small fee.  Details will be announced here (i.e., on this blog) when we’ve worked them out.
